About the Role
The Fleet Coordinator reports to the Fleet Manager. The Fleet Coordinator completes the administrative work related to the effective maintained, repair, and tracking of ACRT’s fleet of vehicles. This role acts as the primary customer liaison for our Operation’s team who are in need of equipment, maintenance, or repair services.
What You’ll Do
Fleet Servicing 
  • Completes orders for new vehicle license plates; ensure all registration tags are up to date by completing renewals with the DVM
  • Schedules preventative maintenance, repairs, and warranty work for automotive equipment as determined by time, hours, mileage, manufacturer's recommendations, oil analysis and historical records
  • Acts as the primary customer liaison with user departments who need equipment maintenance or repair services
  • Prepares preventive maintenance schedules according to vehicle availability
  • Maintains labeled back up keys for fleet
  • Turns over and prepares vehicles for new employees
Record Keeping 
  • Leveraging the electronic fleet management program, prepares repair type and frequency reports on a regular and as needed basis
  • Maintains up to date records of all vehicles and drivers
  • Updates fleet inventory records, monitors historical records on all equipment
  • Maintains accurate records of vehicle maintenance and fuel usage
About You
Must haves:
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: No experience needed

  • Education: Associates Degree
  • Experience: 1 year experience in corporate role

  • Possesses strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with outside vendors and internal staff; maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships

Office 
At ACRT Services we prefer in-person employee interaction and we rely on collaboration among groups to be successful and agile, which means we expect work in the office to continue as an important part of our company culture and a key to employee success. This position is a remote hybrid role, meaning employees will be required to come into the Arlington, Texas office on a weekly or as needed basis.
Standard office equipment will be provided to work in the office and at home – a dedicated space at home to work is also required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps. If you do not have an in home office space or cannot meet the internet needs, an office space will be provided for you in the company’s Arlington, Texas office.
