Job Title: Social Media Coordinator
Work Location: Louisville, KY
Work Schedule: Day shift – 8: 30 am -5:00 pm
Number of positions: 1
Pay rate: 25/hr.
Job Description Summary:
Looking for an action-oriented, social-savvy professional to be part of a transformative team that helps create content to inform, advertise, and attract public interest for our brands. Through enhanced social listening capabilities, they will be collaborating with other marketing/creative professionals to develop successful social media content and campaigns. They communicate daily about content creations, overseeing campaign schedules and determine success or failure by pulling key performance indicators.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Discover, assess and translate social trends into relevant brand executions.
- Create engaging image and video content in collaboration with broader team.
- Stay current on algorithm and functionality updates across primary social channels,
- Champion and encourage co-workers to leverage social media in a cohesive and on-brand way.
- Facilitate online conversations with consumers and respond to queries.
- Monitor and report online reviews/feedback from consumers to ensure proper responses through brand voice. Product quality or installation services will be directed to our social response team.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering platform habits and consumer engagement metrics.
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout.
- Attend and support photo and video shoots to capture content needs. Plan, coordinate and execute quick-hit social shoots.
- Suggest new ways to attract and engage consumers, like promotions and competitions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Expertise and passion for social media-including TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and Reddit required
- Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator preferred
- Ability to quickly and efficiently create and execute content (graphic and video)
- Comfortable with graphic and editing platforms such as Canva and CapCut
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to grasp trends and act proactively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking, cross-functional management and analytical skills
- Must be able to work on-site fulltime. Limited travel required for location shooting and/or industry events.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline. 3 years of related work experience.
