Job Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow Scrum Master who can lead and manage the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for triaging, assigning, and overseeing the backlog of break fixes and enhancements submitted through incidents, as well as managing major projects within the ServiceNow vertical. You will also define testing steps and scripts, coordinate with internal teams for documentation updates, and manage relationships with stakeholders. You will also assist with requirements gathering and analysis as needed. Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support team goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Create and maintain Scrum artifacts (i.e., sprint plans, product and sprint backlogs, etc.) Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning meetings, daily Scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives Prepare status report for management on status of projects Triages backlog of break fixes and enhancements submitted through incidents Assigns backlog items to team developers according to skillset Manages major projects as needed within the ServiceNow vertical Define testing steps and scripts for quality testing by users from business requirements previously gathered Coordinates with OpEx for documentation updates as required Manages relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment Assist with requirements gathering and analysis as needed Requirements: Five plus years of experience in ServiceNow or comparable scrum management Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, modules, features, and best practices Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and quality orientation Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification required Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification or equivalent preferred Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for ServiceNow applications Experience with ITSM, CSM, FSO and HR modules preferred Experience in testing ServiceNow Virtual Assistant and Live Chat functions is a plus SAFE Framework in Agile preferred Benefits & Perks: Competitive Compensation Industry Leading Healthcare Savings and Investments Charitable Giving Programs Offering hybrid work option Opportunities for Growth Parental Leave Generous time away Acrisure is committed to making an impact in our communities by giving back, with millions committed to children’s health with Helen Devos Children’s Hospital and UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
