Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Strategy Development: Develop a strategic roadmap for cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. · Program Implementation: Implement engaging and interactive cybersecurity awareness campaigns, training sessions, and workshops to educate employees on cybersecurity risks, threats, and best practices. · Content Creation: Develop educational materials, including presentations, videos, newsletters, and online modules, to deliver cybersecurity awareness and training content effectively. · Customization: Tailor training programs to different departments and roles within the organization, considering specific cybersecurity risks and requirements. · Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure alignment of cybersecurity awareness and training efforts with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. · Metrics and Evaluation: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness and training programs. Analyze feedback and evaluation data to continuously improve program content and delivery methods. · Incident Response Training: Conduct simulated phishing exercises and cybersecurity incident response drills to assess employee readiness and enhance incident response capabilities. · Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership, department heads, and other key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives. · Stay Updated: Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure that training programs remain relevant and effective in addressing evolving risks. · Promotion of Security Culture: Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and responsibility throughout the organization, encouraging employees to be proactive in identifying and reporting potential security incidents. Education and/or Experience: · A seasoned professional with 10 years of progressive experience in IT security · Proven experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity awareness and training programs within a corporate environment. · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical audiences. · Experience in creating engaging and interactive training materials, such as presentations, videos, and online modules. · Proven expertise in managing timelines and deliverables effectively. · Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. · Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others to prioritize cybersecurity.
