Acrisure LLC is Hiring a Marketing Communications Specialist (Group Benefits, Ltd) Near Urbandale, IA

We are currently looking to add our team with an exciting opportunity as Marketing Communications Specialist. This is not a remote position and will require you to be in office daily on location in Urbandale, Iowa.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce copy for various audiences, purposes, and media
• Enhance the GBL brand by participating in new agent and new employee onboarding
• This position requires excellent writing skills but an insurance background is not necessary

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or another related field or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
• Intern experience or other writing experience is preferred                  

Technology Skills:

• Experience using GotoWebinar and Robly for emails, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Other Qualifications:

• Detail-orientated
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and effort in order to achieve goals and objectives
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen and problem solve with minimal assistance
• Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work in a fast-paced environment

• Moderate stress due to regular deadlines and daily challenges. 
• High finger dexterity while typing documents and forms
• Occasionally lift up to 20lbs.
