Job Summary: The Lead Compensation Analyst is responsible for ensuring Acrisure delivers effective, competitive pay to all employees. This position will assist in the development and management of Acrisure’s compensation programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives, annual merit cycle increase, job levels and all other pay programs and policies. Responsibilities: Designs and implements pay programs, policies and market studies – in collaboration with Compensation Leader Program Manager, HR colleagues and business leaders. Develops, implements, and administers various incentive pay programs. Support Finance on tracking of earnings and managing accruals, to keep real-time estimates/projections of values for bonus programs. Defines and implements effective pay guidelines and administrative practices (eligibility, targets, approvals, etc.). Maintains the job architecture structure for job profiles, banding, and FLSA classification. Supports communication and change management efforts for compensation programs to increase understanding across the organization. Supports compliance with compensation-related regulations. Assists in the implementation and ongoing management of Workday. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field preferred. 5 years of Compensation experience including design and implementation of incentive pay programs. Financial Services Insurance industry experience highly preferred. International compensation experience preferred. Experience working cross-functionally to drive large/complex projects and programs. Strong Excel and analytical skills with an ability to present data to communicate insights and drive decisions. Experience assigning positions to job levels and building career paths. Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation experience preferred.
