Job Summary :

We are seeking a Client Services Consultant to join our team in a multi-function role. You will work closely with internal Underwriters and the VPs of Underwriting to facilitate the creation of policies, ensure accuracy of outbound materials, and correspond directly with clientele to distribute policies, conduct timely follow-ups and respond to questions.

Responsibilities :

Generate insurance policies within our state-of-the-art custom system as well as manually issuing custom policies.

Proofing documents for accuracy.

Distribution of final policies and invoices directly to writing agents.

Follow-up with writing agents for premium and outstanding requirements.

Generating internal reports from our system on both a periodic and ad hoc basis.

Requirements :

Well organized, efficient and detail oriented.

Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.

Exceptional follow-up skills.

Ability to work well within a cohesive team.

Education / Experience :

Two years of experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Associates Degree or higher.
