Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time, Quality Assurance Manager who will plan a critical role in maintaining the quality and compliance of our organization's processes and practices. Your primary responsibilities will resolve around ensuring that positions descriptions remain accurate, performance reviews adhere to standards, and data management is efficient using MS Excel. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Position Descriptions:
    • Regularly review and update positions descriptions to reflect current roles, responsibilities, and qualifications.
    • Collaborate with HR vendor and department managers to ensure alignment between job descriptions and actual job duties.
    • Maintain a repository of accurate and detailed position descriptions.
  2. Performance Reviews:
    • Oversee the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company policies.
    • Work closely with managers to schedule and conduct performance evaluations.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend training or development opportunities based on performance feedback.
  3. Data Management (Intermediate MS Excel Skills):
    • Utilize MS Excel to organize, analyze, and present data related to report employee performance, position descriptions, performance reviews, and other company operations.
    • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking performance metrics, employee feedback, and compliance records.
    • Generate charts, graphs, and reports to visualize trends and patterns.
  4. Compliance:
    • Ensure that performance reviews follow legal and regulatory guidelines.
    • Collaborate with legal and HR vendor to address any compliance issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate records related to performance evaluations.
  5. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with managers, employees, and other stakeholders regarding performance review timelines and expectations.
    • collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance overall quality.
  • Perform internal audits of the quality management system to customer deliverables are compliant and submitted within the required time limits.
  • Report on the performance across functional areas are delivered within quality standards.
  • Anticipate and resolve performance issues to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Six (6) years of successful leadership, management, or program management experience. 
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, HR, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
