Our client based in the Cincinnati area and the surrounding suburbs has had massive expansion over the last 2 years and are looking to hire for their newest client working within the renewable energy industry an In Store Associate.

Our client is looking for individuals who enjoy working on the retail floor one on one with customers and providing a great yet simple experience. In this role you will also be asked to assist with answering questions, knowing product knowledge, and completing enrollments, as well as tracking orders.

This role is only being offered as full time only, flexible shifts are offered but this role will mirror traditional retail hours including weekends. Our client is constantly top ranked as a top employer so apply to be part of their winning team.

Renewable In Store Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Completing member orders, keeping work are clean at all times; Assisting with merchandise restocking
• Working individually with customers face to face to spread brand awareness and increase enrollments in the renewable energy fields
• Ensuring orders / enrollments are completed in a timely fashion
• Work entire shift on foot (8 hours)
• Lift, carry, push up to 20 lbs
• Must be hard working and reliable
• Must be Enthusiastic & genuine
• Gathering customer information

This role is offered as an hourly rate with opportunity to earn additional commissions paid weekly.
