Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in retail settings to educate them about our client's services and enroll them in programs or services that meet their needs.
• Sales and Enrollment: Use persuasive techniques and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our client's offerings and successfully enroll customers.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers to establish trust and understanding, ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
• Promotional Events: Participate in promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers and drive enrollments, representing our client's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-enrollment to ensure satisfaction, address any questions or concerns, and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and enrollment details into the system, maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with all data privacy regulations.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Approach customers in retail locations, engaging them in conversation to identify their needs and preferences.
• Present information about our client's programs and services in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process, answering questions and addressing any objections to facilitate successful enrollments.
• Meet or exceed weekly enrollment targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with team members and retail partners to coordinate promotional activities and maximize enrollment opportunities.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing our client's brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
