Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Work on the sales floor, assisting customers with enrollments into new services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Utilize sales techniques to inform customers about services in the energy, technology, telecommunications, and in-home water filtration industries.
• While the role involves sales aspects, it primarily focuses on informing and assisting customers with enrollments rather than selling physical products.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training to ensure your success in the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability for full-time hours.
