Responsibilities:
As a Brand Awareness Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Working on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness.
• Learning and mastering sales scripts to effectively communicate key messages and product features.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and guiding them through the sales process.
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our products and services.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales environment to enhance the customer experience.
• Gathering feedback from customers and relaying it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participating in sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Contributing to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Assisting in the coordination of special events, product launches, and other brand awareness initiatives.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to build long-lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Enthusiasm for learning and mastering sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or marketing is a plus.
