Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet guests with confidence and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Present the menu, provide recommendations, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring guests' needs are met.
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience by anticipating and addressing guest requests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Assist with table setup and breakdown.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is required.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Must have Arizona Title 4 Alcohol ANAB-accredited food handler certification.
