Mosaic is not about standing out from the crowd - we lead it! **Purpose: ** Mosaic has been retained by Philip Morris International’s U.S. affiliate, Triaga Inc., to operate Triaga’s retail channels in the U.S. Mosaic is seeking an Territory Manager, Sales Expert to provide in-store support and **contribute to the advancement of a smoke-free future** in Austin, Texas. The **Territory Manager, Sales Expert** **will welcome and engage with legal-age smokers and nicotine users to educate them on and ultimately convert them to smoke-free products. Territory Manager, Sales Expert will closely collaborate with other B2B2C key partners to influence retailers while successfully implementing the operating model. Territory Manager, Sales Expert will have KPIs, and metrics assigned focused on implementing the strategy to convert legal-age smokers and nicotine users to smoke-free alternatives, increasing brand advocacy and awareness while forming a favorable perception of products and brand. **What you’ll do: ** Conduct customized product demonstrations to convert legal-age smokers and nicotine users to smoke-free alternatives, delivering exceptional consumer service and compliance with age verification protocols. Drive increased sell-through and market share within designated territory through comprehensive approaches, including direct and indirect consumer sales, associate training, and store personnel influence. Build relationships with retail and indirect partners, providing knowledge through training to foster brand advocacy and drive sales. Collect data for insights and reporting using clientele capturing systems, including market intelligence and competitive activity analysis. Maintain a visible presence in designated retail stores, ensuring consistent product display and functioning while adhering to return logistics and local regulations. **What's in it for you:** Competitive starting pay at $52,200 annual salary plus potential bonus.
