**Specialist, Sales Support** **Description** The Sales Support Specialist II is responsible for supporting the Operations team in various aspects of the business\. This position will oversee store list management, as well as inventory in customer locations and vendor locations\. The role will involve escalating and/or resolving customer inquiries and/or complaints in a timely manner\.In addition, responsibilities will include supporting cyclical deadlines by programming visits, creating, reviewing, and revising documentation to be used in the field to execute our contracts\. Maintain store database with daily updates for adjustments, openings, and closures\. Process new/existing customers lists to ensure accuracy of active stores in database\. Create Letter of Authorization letters each cycle for retailers ensuring a high level of accuracy\.Process work orders/reorders to provide fixtures and print materials to service/maintain fixtures in existing customer locations\. Coordinate fixture deployment for rollouts with freight, merchandising and manufacturing vendors\. Review and approve fulfillment and freight invoicing related to work order and deployment activity\. Answer 800 phone line/email inquiries and address customer concerns by working with vendor and merchandising companies to resolve for customer satisfaction\. Send cyclical reports and documents to fulfillment vendors each cycle on time to meet or exceed deadlines\. Conduct QC to ensure reports/documents are complete and accurate according to current cycle grid and internal documents\. Program restock and removal visits with a high level of detail each cycle according to cycle grid\. Monitor fixture usage, obtain price quotes, prepare cost analysis, and provide recommendations for purchasing decisions\. Maintain document detailing specifications for every fixture version, with an accurate component list by customer\. Proof planograms each month to ensure all visits are programmed accurately inclusive of proper hardware\. Provide support as needed in various areas of Operations\. **Qualifications** 1 – 3 years’ experience in Sales Support/Inventory Management or similar role in fast paced environment Good interpersonal skills and must feel comfortable communicating with vendors Proven ability demonstrating organizational and time management skillsExperience with inventory management a plus Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills Must be able to effectively communicate with others; written and verbal Strong competency in MS Outlook \(Word, Excel\) Ability to learn custom software Attention to detail and self\-starter; thorough follow up skills Ability to work in fast\-paced environment and adapt to last minute changes\. Professional demeanor and positive attitude\.
