Join our team to be a key player in elevating product presence that shapes cutting-edge shopping experiences and captivates customers! **Service Coverage Area:** Visits are conducted at a variety of big-box retailers throughout Montclair, CA and the surrounding area Montclair, CA 91763 is the center of the radius territory **Scheduling:** 32-40 hours per week Retail visits are scheduled and completed Mondays through Fridays typically between 8:00am - 5:00pm Opportunities for additional hours may be available if you can cover a larger region and travel to other outlying areas or states **Pay & Benefits:** The wage range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Medical, dental, vision, life, & prescription insurance plans Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match W2 employment with bi-weekly pay schedule and direct deposit Drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid time off Paid holidays Paid training **Qualifications:** Previous merchandising, 3PL, and/or relevant retail experience is highly desirable Ability to complete all levels of merchandising work in the assigned territory Strong detail-orientation to be able to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams Ability to work independently most of the time and as part of a small team when needed Strong communication skills either in-person, by phone, email, and text message Willing to travel to all retail vendor locations within the assigned service area Access to internet, basic hand-held tools, and smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS capability Access to a laptop or desktop computer is a strong plus High School diploma or GED **Physical Requirements:** 18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States A valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle transportation Able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
