**Overview** **This is a hybrid position, in the office 3 days/week; Preferably in the East/Central time zones.** You will focus on providing **insights** regarding **retail opportunities** and **industry trends** to help support business initiatives. **Collaborate** effectively with other team members, share new and exciting discoveries related to process improvements & adapt to quickly changing priorities. **Responsibilities** **Essential Functions of this Position (list in order of most important to least important):** **Support data-driven decisions** to keep Clients competitive in the marketplace through the utilization of the following data sources and tools - **PowerBI, Retail Survey Data, Nielsen, POS data, etc.** **Develop and maintain client-facing scorecards** , measuring progress against defined KPIs. Provide **analysis** and next-step **recommendations** . Responsible for **data accuracy** - analyzing data for **completeness, format,** and **conformity** . **Present data** in a clear and meaningful fashion and stay up to date on **data visualization trends** and theory. **I** nterface directly with clients to **present results** and discuss KPIs. Build ad-hoc reports for review from other departments or management on a must-need basis. Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications. **Qualifications** **Minimum Education Requirements:** High School Diploma/GED Bachelor of Arts Degree **Experience Requirement:** Three years of experience working with **data analytics,** **CPG preferred.** **Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:** Demonstrate an advanced degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including **Excel, PowerPoint, Access and PowerBI** ) Strong **interpersonal** , presentation, and **time management** skills.
