OeP is seeking a motivated, driven individual who would like to learn how to manage the organizations growing supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, collaborative, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership with the ability to prioritize. **Responsibilities** Execution of shipment processing and reconciliation on Amazon. Maintain and optimize current product listings ensuring accurate customer facing information and content on all Fulfillment by Amazon items across multiple brands. Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data. Devise creative and effective supply chain/shipping approaches, solutions, and proposals. Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners as well as external parties in daily maintenance of our supported brands. Proactively communicates solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly. Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance Support Operations Specialists **Qualifications** At least 1-year experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Coordinator, Account Management, or similar role is preferred. Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., Inventory planning, logistics, warehouse management) Understanding of ecommerce and retail in a virtual environment is not necessary but preferred. Tech Savvy Abstract problem solver Proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Excel Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Able to travel if necessary. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field is preferred. Willing to consider other candidates with adequate experience.
