You will serve as a consultative in-store expert at a local Best Buy with a special focus on promoting and selling their Jitterbug line of phones, medical alert services & plans, and other life-enriching services.As a Lively Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping customers understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that empower them to embrace the digital world with ease. If you are well-versed in consumer technology, can easily connect with people, and eager to make a difference in the lives of older adults, we want to hear from you.Join our team and help seniors stay connected, active, and engaged with Lively Jitterbug! **Schedule & Location:** 36-40 hours per week Thursdays through Mondays Best Buy in Daytona Beach, FL 32114 This is a Temporary Full-Time position running through February 3, 2024 **What We Offer** $21.00 to $23.00 per hour Bonus potential for retention and sales goals Paid online training to certify you on Lively product knowledge W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule **Duties** Execute dedicated sales strategies during visits to engage customers and increase sales Assist customers through the entire sales process, to include point of sales transactions and service activations Provide fun customer interactions and engaging product demonstrations to identify product and service solutions that fit each customer’s unique needs Conduct ongoing and informative sales floor training sessions for sales staff to help further drive product and service knowledge Ensure inventory issues (either too high or out of stock) are communicated appropriately Escalate in-store issues promptly through appropriate channels Accurately complete call reports the same day of store visit **Qualifications** Outgoing attitude and superior interpersonal skills Sales experience in a retail environment or at relevant special events Background in wireless/mobile technology is a plus! Comfortable presenting to individuals and larger groups Access to reliable vehicle transportation to commute to local Best Buy store Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Available to work Thursdays through Mondays Access to a smart device for reporting Equal Opportunity Employer
