Work closely with Acosta’s client base to understand present training needs, and assign and **execute formalized training programs, plans,** and **curriculum** that align with the business needs. **_You will directly impact sales and profits_** **by continuously evaluating, training, influencing, & communicating best practices and expectations with members of the Meat/Deli & Seafood department.** **Qualifications** **What you will bring to the team:** Strong **interpersonal, organizational** , and **presentation** Ability to freely and as part of a team **set up displays** , take part in **resets and remodels** . Ability to **influence** and support leaders to implement best practices. Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Willingness to travel using valid driver’s license.
