Demonstrate effective decision\-making skills and the ability to reason and act in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment\. **Success is Measured By:** Achievement of established monthly sales goals\. Completion of administrative responsibilities such as daily data entry, active communication with your team and other duties, as assigned\. Attendance and compliance\. Outstanding customer engagements and relationships with store personnel\. **Qualifications** Minimum of 1\-2 years of sales experience required\. 1\-2 years retail experience highly desired\. Must be tech\-savvy and have general knowledge of internet services, streaming services, cable services and networking products\. High school diploma or equivalent\. Independent and motivated individual contributor and team player\. Reliable transportation\. Smartphone with access to email and ability to download work apps\.
