You'll be responsible for strategizing and implementing action plans, managing a team of specialists, and fostering collaboration with regional managers to meet company objectives. Working both in the field and in a managerial capacity, you will oversee a set amount of locations for approximately 27-30 hours per week, dedicating the remaining 10 hours to managerial tasks. Your focus on budget management, resource allocation, and talent development will drive continuous improvement in program performance. **What’s in it for you?** Be a part of a collaborative and culture-oriented team. **What will you do?** Align field teams with client priorities and execute strategies. Develop action plans and identify opportunities for course correction. Manage a team of specialists to exceed client and retailer expectations. Collaborate with regional managers and retail market managers to execute company priorities. Ensure program integrity by understanding budget and resource constraints. Coordinate with operations and regional managers to strategically deploy field resources. Build strong relationships with field team members and develop future leaders. Identify and coordinate training opportunities for team development. Collaborate with training on content creation to support field team development. Exceed metrics for program performance, updates, and milestones. Work in the field and manage a set amount of locations for approximately 27-30 hours per week. Utilize 360 feedback both as a field representative and as a manager. Assign and ensure team execution of projects. Attend weekly meetings with Client Services and leadership. Utilize a third-party website to maximize operational efficiencies. Conduct a weekly team call to ensure alignment and communication. Organize and maintain a team Google Chat Space for ongoing communication and collaboration. Work alongside GFTs in the field and audit their in-store work. Contribute to quarterly company meetings with insights and updates. **How will you succeed?** Identify and resolve issues efficiently. Manage a high-performance team effectively. Prioritize tasks and set clear expectations in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Collaborate cross-functionally and with diverse stakeholders. **Experience and Qualifications** Proven experience managing high-performing teams. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
