Do you enjoy interacting with people?** **Join our 'Picture-Perfect' Photography Support Team and take your skills to the next level!** ActionLink is seeking a service-focused Full-Time Customer Support Expert to help our Global 500 client, SONY, and their PRO Support Division that spans a variety of users of innovative lenses, cameras, professional videography equipment, camcorders, and digital imaging technology. The Camera & Video Support Expert will provide a variety of services for our valued Sony customers and user accounts by offering subject matter knowledge in the areas of inquiries, equipment maintenance/servicing, repair status and costs, processing approvals, troubleshooting questions, accessory requests, etc.You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty while fostering a deep understanding of Sony camera & video products. This role is located on-site at the repair facility and will collaborate closely with the repair team to provide quick access to product engineering groups for timely and accurate communication for our customers. Don't miss out on this opportunity to join a dedicated team of fellow camera enthusiasts! **Schedule & Location** 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm Precision Camera Repair at 7 Anngina Drive in Enfield - A Sony Authorized Servicer **What We Offer** $18.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience Medical, dental, vision, life, and prescription insurance plans 401(k) option with employer match Paid time off Paid holidays **What You'll Be Doing** Serve as a liaison between the customer and various departments Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints in a timely manner Handle new account inquiries and forward to the appropriate department(s) Maintain records, prepare reports and perform assignments and related clerical duties Share ideas and suggestions to improve the Customer Service department Utilize the CRM and Process Management information systems to analyze situations Follow the company’s scripting and training documentation to handle inquiries and troubleshooting Attend training provided by client to enhance knowledge base and repair processes Continually learn company’s processes and procedures **Qualifications** Strong knowledge of photography, videography, digital imaging, and/or technical photographic equipment Experience handling customer service situations in a professional manner Ability to quickly problem-solve and follow logical troubleshooting sequences Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or SAP a plus Multi-task oriented with excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Demonstrate basic proficiency in MS Office suite **Physical Requirements** Must be able to use a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment Must be mobile and able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance Equal Opportunity Employer \#ALCORP
