Acosta Group is Hiring a Client Claims and Deductions Manager Near Scottsdale, AZ

**RESPONSIBILITIES** **Supervise** and evaluate deduction/vendor claims specialist/analyst. Assign responsibilities. Assist with on-the-job training/mentoring of all claims/deductions specialists and sales support associates to improve accuracy and timeliness of validation and administration processes. Responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processesfor the management of all **client claims and deductions** . Continue to assess and evaluate for areas of improvement. Create tutorials. Work closely with all ADW regional sales teams to **resolve client deduction and claim-related issues** on time. Work closely with client sales teams and administrative teams to develop and fund merchandising plans and subsequently clear deductions. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and Costco Vendor Services to resolve claims/deductions effectively. Negotiate audit settlements with Costco Internal Post **Payment Recovery** and any third-party auditors. Serve as the primary mentor/resource to all ADW personnel regarding the claim/deduction management process. Coordinate with ADW IT to ensure that proper resources and access is given to vendor systems. Create and maintain a list of key contacts in Costco vendor services and distribute to the ADW team where necessary. Train business managers, SSRs, and client personnel in the use of the Costco Portal/Extra net educating them on how best tomeet their daily business needs. Facilitate ADW Acosta associate access and security clearances to gain access to vendor systems. Attend vendor training on financial software and remain current in all ADW Acosta client systems. **QUALIFICATIONS** High School Diploma/GED, Some College or Associate in Arts Degree Familiarity with a variety of client plan/deduction management systems.like **e4.** Background in Business Process Solutions and/or brokerage field preferred. Minimum of **two years experience** working with Costco Vendor Services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in formal and informal settings. Advanced knowledge of **MS Office** (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and advanced knowledge of document management software. Extensive knowledge of Costco’s Portal and Vendor Extranet.
