Mosaic is not about standing out from the crowd - we lead it! **Purpose:** Mosaic has been retained by Philip Morris International’s U.S. affiliate, Triaga Inc., to operate Triaga’s retail channels in the U.S. Mosaic is seeking Brand Retail Experts to provide in-store support and **contribute to the advancement of a smoke-free future** in Austin, Texas. **Brand Retail Experts** will welcome all legal-age smokers and nicotine users as they enter the store, be attentive and available to understand their needs and provide an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will be a goal-driven individual, expected to create and promote an extraordinary experience that is focused on the consumer, while guiding all legal-age smokers and nicotine users through relevant store experiences throughout the entirety of the interaction and purchase. Brand Retail Experts will also be responsible for after-sales service and support, including but not limited to stocking shelves and cleaning store. Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the store. **Annual Salary Range starting at $45,000 plus potential bonus** **What you’ll do:** Greet all new and returning legal-age smokers and nicotine users as they walk in store with a warm, friendly attitude and be attentive to their needs. Take a client centric approach in remembering existing consumers who have already visited the store and understanding their preferences. Use effective questioning to uncover the needs of legal-age smokers and nicotine users, understand their preferences, and other additional information to help convert them to smoke-free products. Following procedures and local regulations, conduct a personalized product trial with a legal-age smoker or nicotine user, allowing them to experience the products and consumables while adapting to the individual (e.g., objections, concerns, etc). Handle legal-age smokers and nicotine users’ questions and objections and offer the best solution (product or service for product). Ensure all procedures and processes communicated are executed consistently. Support daily inventory levels, movement and controls. Register legal-age smoker/nicotine user in the digital database with their consent. Assist those with product returns and uncover reasons for the return. Consistent with a consumer-centric approach offer technical support with product and additional accessories (e.g. cleaning stick), replacements to aide in the legal-age smoker and nicotine users’ complete conversion to smoke-free products. Monitor point of sale throughout the day for inventory. Have awareness of delivery schedule and follows correct protocol if stock runs out. Ensure product display in-store is consistent with client guidelines and that displays and devices are cleaned and functioning properly. Complete data collection for insights and daily activities using clientele capturing systems. Provide market, store, and consumer level reporting, including market intelligence, competitive activity, feedback on current retail market conditions, and/or opportunities that impact sales and market share. Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts and prices and conducts physical inventories. Manage execution of opening and closing procedures, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and system reconciliation. Daily cleaning to meet guidelines and store standards. Verification of interested consumers to ensure they are 21 years of age or above. Seek out and respond to consumer concerns, escalations, and utilize feedback to improve overall experience. Resolve or escalate appropriately any service issues. Proactively supports prevention awareness environment and resolve quickly any store-level fraud issues communicated by security, which may involve working with both security and financial teams. **Qualifications** **Who you are:** At least 5 years of field sales experience or retail in a B2C environment. Knowledge of retail or business systems (e.g. POS, MS Office etc.). Thrives off consumer engagement- ability to build experiences across multiple skillsets, including sales and consumer service, is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence others. Ability to build strong relationships through active listening and empathy. Proven experience collecting and reporting information on competitive product and service offerings to management. Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Outstanding organizational, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills. Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities. Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Can work independently at times with little direction as well as collaboratively with other sales representatives. Capable of keeping sensitive consumer data secure and confidential. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Must be 25 years of age, or older. **Along with competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits program.
