Acme Tools is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Grand Forks, ND. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting the perfect tools and equipment, and ensuring an overall positive experience.

Duties:
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Identify customers' needs and provide knowledgeable assistance to help select the correct tool or equipment
- Close and invoice sales and help load products as needed
- Stay informed on all new and current products carried by Acme Tools
- Answer customers' questions over the phone and in-person, provide sales quotes for future purchases, and research product and inventory
- Help customers who purchase equipment with starting procedures and breaking-in periods and follow up after the sale
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor (front, price, and stock sales shelves for product displays and work areas, etc.)
- Participate in events held at the store (physical inventories, sales meetings, trade shows, special sales, etc.)
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity

- Complete related tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Proven communication skills
- Some knowledge of tools and equipment
- Ability to work a rotating Saturday shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 10 hours and frequently bend, push, pull, squat, and reach
