ACME Signs and Prints is a 50 year old Sign, Print & Stamp company rapidly growing & expanding its services and retail presence in Orlando & Central Florida. We are a one stop shop company in Orlando offering all kinds of Print and Sign solutions i.e., business cards print, marketing materials, Signs, promotional products, apparel prints, wide format printing, embroidery, vinyl prints, car wraps, rigid signs, laser engraving etc. and much more…

We are looking for Sales Executives – client servicing and Business development with experience in Print / Sign Industry to be a part of growing team in Orlando.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Generating new business Leads through various channels i.e. field visits, canvassing, Cold calling, Business network meetings, LinkedIn, Google, Social Media, etc
• Handling Existing customers & leads generated via online and tele sales team.
• Handling the sales cycle from Submitting estimates, negotiations to closing deals.
• Coordination with production team to ensure accuracy &smooth delivery of jobs.
• Gathers all necessary specifications and information to write work orders.
• Displays ability to overcome customer objections with a friendly approach
• Visiting customers to make presentations and gather requirements and present proposals.
• Gathers all necessary specifications and information to write work orders

Base Salary Uncapped Commission

Skills & Abilities required:

• Experience of Digital Printing / Sign products & materials / Apparel printing.
• Business to business sales experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications.
• Self-Starter
• Ability to Generate Leads
• Reliable transport, as this position involves outside visits to prospects and clients.
• Ability to function well as a team player.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and time management.
• Ability to make presentations and close accounts.
• Good working knowledge of basic desktop computer applications including email, Excel, Word, Power point etc.
• Exceptional Negotiation & Customer Service skills
• Must be Good in selling and upselling print & Sign products / services.
• Strong Communication skills. In English and Spanish
• Highly organized and fast-paced
• Able to work well under pressure

Education and Experience

• Prior work experience in B2B sales
• Prior work experience in Print & Sign Industry
• Associate / Diploma in business studies or similar

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the Florida State to work
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).
• Must submit an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verification's, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
• All applicants must agree to drug screening, background check and reference checks as a condition of hiring.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,500.00 - $49,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
