We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual as a Scheduling / EPIC Coordinator to join our team at Acme Providers. The Scheduler Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules, creating CPS activity schedules, tracking attendance, monitoring lateness and absences, minimizing overtime, and performing other duties as directed. The Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with management, and will report to the CEO.

The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsive to the needs of the staff in a fair and efficient manner to create a dynamic and effective workplace. This is a management-level position. Must have flexibility in assigned working hours and location, and the ability to be in a rotating on-call schedule.
