PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop warehouse operations improvements by analyzing process work flow, staff allocation, space and equipment

· Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions

· Collaborate with various leaders in the company to meet warehouse operations objectives by planning and completing action plans to improve productivity, quality and customer service standards

· Produce and analyze reports on daily, weekly and monthly bases to ensure goals are met

· Maintain standards of health, safety and security

· Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

REQUIREMENTS

· Five plus years of demonstrated leadership, project management and supervisory experience in distribution

· Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives

· Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

· Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, technology and equipment.

· Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases

· Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
