ACM Staffing is Hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Near Randolph, MA

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and provide necessary therapy. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals of all ages, from children to adults, with a variety of speech and language challenges. You will develop personalized treatment plans, provide therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
This position is full-time with a competitive rate of $65 per hour.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in utilizing specialized technology and software related to speech-language pathology
Setting: school based
Schedule: Monday-Friday
