1 Production Operator (FT) Job in Lancaster, OH
Acloche is Hiring a Production Operator (FT) Near Lancaster, OH
Our client in Amanda, Ohio, is looking for a Production Operator to join their team on the 1st or 2nd shift.
Hours:
- 2nd shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, and Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm
- *MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME DAILY!!
- 1st shift: Mon-Thursday 4:30 am-3 pm and Friday 4:30 am-1 pm
*MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME DAILY
- $16 to start. Once trained (usually 2 weeks), it will go to $17. Plus a $2.50 shift differential.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Roll threading
- Piercing
- Lifting & bending
- Welding
- All jobs necessary for work on producing parts
- Checking parts
- Entering information into Plex (WHMS).
- Fit parts in locaters on machines.
- Check for accuracy on gages and enter quality checks into Plex.
No attendance issues within the 1st 30 days. Heavy lifting is required. There will be a Facility tour prior to starting.
Experience/Skills:
- Read and write English
- Willingness to work extra hours
- Demonstrate mechanical ability
- Ability to work well with others
- Repetition is required, quantity is needed, and accuracy is demanded
- Lifting (must be able to lift continuously 55 pounds or more), charting, gaging, and stacking parts neatly is also required to ensure performance as the production process progresses.
