Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating 500-1500 T Injection Molding Equipment, loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies, ensuring conformance to specifications, recording data, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. The ideal candidate should be able to stand for 8 hours a day, lift up to 25 lbs, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.

Primary Responsbilities:

• Start up and stop equipment
• Operation of 500-1500 T Injection Molding Equipment
• Help to set up work flow for optimal performance
• Able to use in process and end of line testing equipment and gauging tools
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
• Ensure conformance to specifications
• Mark parts for identification
• Record data
• Able to read and understand written instructions
• Willing to take direction from Supervisors
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance as required
• Support and participate in EHS objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Injection Molding Operations
• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• Willingness to take direction from supervisors
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
