Acloche is Hiring a Medical billing manager Near Hilliard, OH
Acloche is seeking candidates for a Billing Manager opportunity in the Hilliard area.
Position : Medical Billing Manager
Shift : 1st shift hours 8am to 430pm
Pay : $25.00 based upon experience
Position Summary :
Review & correct any processes for claims / hospital on a daily basis
Work all claim denials
Answer all billing phone calls / questions
Pre-certify procedures, surgeries, etc.
Set up OB Prepay plans
Discuss with patients account balances, set up payment plans
Prepare check-in patient worklist for next days business
Review previous days patient worklist and address any errors with front desk staff
Manage front desk staff
Correspond with patients visits and insurance
Post payments
Work patient collection accounts per office protocol
Additional duties as needed
Qualifications :
Certification for Coding / Billing from accredited association
Experience with OB / GYN billing and coding
Interpersonal Skills :
Organization and Detail oriented
Flexibility to accept changes in area
Communication and Professionalism in all situations
Confidentiality is paramount
Time management ability to effectively set priorities and complete tasks
Problem solving skills to identify and effectively solve problems and to help staff members solve problems
