SUMMARY:
Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes. Perform general, routine, and emergency machine, electric, building preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform major and minor mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and installation and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities including burner cleaning and shot blast upkeep.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. Air tool repair.
Highlighted Requirements:
• Must have good mechanical aptitude - someone who has worked on cars would be a good fit.
• Experience ordering/identifying parts is a plus.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions, including but not limited to, painting interior and exterior walls and trim, HVAC and HVAC filter replacement, plumbing, lighting, moving, and storage.
• Intermediate computer skills, organizational skills, and ability to communicate well with others.
