Acloche is Hiring a Maintenance Technician (FT) Near Gahanna, OH
Local real estate brokerage and management firm based in central Ohio. Have a reputation for providing creative real estate solutions for our clients in the commercial market. We are currently seeking a full-time, entry-level property maintenance technician to work with our experienced maintenance team in servicing our portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
- Under supervision, perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs to office, retail, and industrial buildings.
- Respond to maintenance requests from commercial tenants and complete work orders in a safe, appropriate, and timely manner
- Provide direct customer service to building tenants
- Conduct detailed building inspections
- Provide preventative maintenance to building systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting of systems
- Provide support and backup to other department team members
- Provide 24/7 emergency building support on a rotating schedule
- Interface with accounting for client billing and maintaining building budget
- Follow safety-related policies, rules, technical instructions, and guidelines
- Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate
- Bachelor's Degree, Trade School, or Apprenticeship experience desired but not required
- Must have at least one year of related experience in the general building maintenance industry
- Basic computer skills required – I-pad based billing software
- High level of professional/customer service skills
- A self-starter able to work well on your own but must be willing to train and learn from others
