Acloche is Hiring a General Labor Associate - Lancaster, Ohio. Near Lancaster, OH
Job Duties:
- Loading/unloading production racks
- Packs finished parts as specified
- Handles finished parts gently to prevent scratches
- Transfers racks on/off the industrial line as instructed
- Material handling and setup
- Inspects and identifies defective coated parts, and segregates non-conforming parts as required
- Tank maintenance
- Documentation as required or as necessary
- This position reports directly to the Production Shift Supervisor or Assistant Shift Supervisor
- Daily production goals
- Jeans, T-shirt, Steel Toed Boots
1st Shift: 7:00 am to 5:00pm Mon-Thur 10 hour days- Must be open to overtime **Currently working every Friday as well 1st shift 7 am-3 pm
Pay rate:
- $10.50/hr base pay
- $100 perfect attendance bonus (equivalent of $2.50/hr for $13/hr) **This includes clocking in/out on time and working any required overtime.
- $0.50/hr raise when they’re hired on full time with us and then another at 1 year so they would be making the equivalent of at least $14/hr at the end of the first year.
