Call Center Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in data entry. Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Experience:
