Fast-paced educational institute seeks a highly motivated and experienced individual for administrative position. The candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin CHINESE.

Qualifications:

* 5-10 years experience in the educational field

* Customer Service experience

* Versed in US elementary, middle school and high school systems

* 3-5 years experience with secondary age students

* Versed in Google Drive

* Fluent in English and Mandarin

*Strong organization skills

*Educational administrative experience

Above all, the applicant must be highly professional and capable of handling multiple tasks while sustaining a positive attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

* Daily operations: Roll Call, Calling for absences, collecting grades, report cards

*Quality control of instructor Standards

*Monitoring student grades

*Communication with parents and instructors

*Student class placement

*Organizing and printing weekly curriculum

*Enforcing Student Conduct and behavior

*Managing team of teachers and administrators

Working Hours: Mon-Friday from 10am -6:15pm. Weekends maybe required when needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
