As part of Achieving True Self, it is the responsibility of the BCBA to conduct various assessments and, based on behavior analytics, design ABA treatment plans for our young clients. BCBA’s provide training and supervision to BCBA supervisees and our Registered Behavior Technicians and supervises and monitors treatment progress of a client. They can also provide training to parents/guardians and other responsible parties for the client. You will have the ability to collaborate with like minded professionals and opportunities for continuing education to build your knowledge and skills. You will feel empowered to thrive, contribute, and ultimately feel appreciated.
