We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Employment Job Coach to join our Client Services Department. In this role, you will provide essential support and training to individuals at their community integrated worksite, making a significant difference in their lives. This position also provides on the job training and support to clients in order to ensure long term success in community employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver continuous instructions tailored to vocational growth and training objectives that align with individual abilities and development.
• Implement and monitor job requirements to ensure work quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with individuals served and the community.
• Promote and instruct the development of client advocacy skills, and advocate on the individual's behalf when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to provide ongoing proof of current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a LiveScan background check through FBI/DOJ.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to serve as a role model for adults with disabilities.
• Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and self-prioritize work; attention to detail, and ability to understand an overall concept
• Flexibility to work some weekends as needed.

Compensation

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $18.50-$20.50 per hour. We are also offering a $250 Hiring Bonus!
