Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-time, Westlake and Highland Hills locations

The Achievement Centers for Children’s mission is to empower children and adults with disabilities and their families to achieve their greatest potential. The Achievement Centers provides comprehensive programming across 4 major areas: Family Support, Education, Therapy, and Recreation, serving over 2,500 children per year. The Headquarters are located in Highland Hills with two additional locations in Westlake and Camp Cheerful in Strongsville.

We are looking for a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who is experienced in the field of autism and has the ability to quickly integrate into the agency and serve as a highly knowledgeable and visionary leader in the Autism school. Under the supervision of the Director of Education, this position will lead professional development for the staff of the Autism School to ensure students are provided with an engaging and safe learning environment.

Minimum Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with BCBA certification
  • 2 years of experience in educational coaching of behavior practices
  • 2 years of experience conducting functional behavior assessments and devising & implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent teamwork skills that show a history of program refinement and development
  • Energetic, trustworthy and a visionary
  • Excellent verbal, written and speaking skills
