Job Responsibilities:

• Check-in and Check-out patients, accept payments.
• Perform Office Tour for new patients.
• Enthusiastic, persistent, friendly, and professional interactions with patients and team members.
• Manage inventory.
• Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
• Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure.
• Ensuring patients have a VIP experience in our clinic.
• Encourage happy patients to write us a 5-star Google review.
• Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories.
• Share patient success stories during daily company meetings.
• Maintain front office cleanliness like the lobby & bathrooms of a 5-star hotel.
• Assist our acupuncturists with thermal scans, blood pressure, temperature check, eye exams, video recording, cleaning treatment chairs/tables, etc.
• Team player, which means you help out whenever needed, because you care about our patients and our team.

• Must have great energy, Great work ethic and a GREAT SMILE!
• High school diploma required.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a Desire to help a ton of people with their health goals and change their lives.
• We are not looking for medical office experience, we are looking for the candidate that shares our core values and can follow a recipe of Success. The ability to follow instructions is the #1 skill we require, everything else we will train you on.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn software programs, we use a lot of technology.
• You must be committed to Achieving your OWN goals, if you are not Goal oriented then our team would not be a good fit.

Work Schedules:

• Full-time schedule: Monday (7:45am-1:30pm, 2pm-6pm), Tuesday to Thursday (7:45am-1pm, 2pm-6pm), and Friday (7:45am-12pm)
• Part-time schedule: Monday (12:30-6:30pm), Tue-Thu (1pm-6:30pm)
• work schedule is negotiable, based on a case by case basis
