Job Summary : The Evaluation Coordinator is responsible to ensure all evaluation reports are received in a timely manner and submitted to the appropriate individuals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure all evaluations are scheduled within a timely manner and processes reports and required documents as received.
• Conducts data entry and documents all activities
• Works with various departments to ensure timely payment for all evaluators.
• Submits all completed evaluation packets to the appropriate individuals.
• Ensures all EI families received a follow-up call from the evaluation team within the expected timeline
• Works efficiently to meet departmental goals and compliance deadlines
• Utilizes various programs and databases to monitor evaluation cases efficiently.
• Follows up with families, school districts and pediatrician's offices to obtain medical forms
• Assists with staffing received referrals as needed
• Provide coverage within the department as needed
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment in related area
• Customer service experience preferred

Qualifications and Other Requirements :

• Spanish speaking preferred; not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

Physical Requirements of the Role (As applicable) :

• Occasionally ascends / descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
• Occasionally moving and / or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer / electronic device.
• The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
• The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
