**Your Role:** 

•  Execute personalized behavior intervention plans, crafted in collaboration with a team of compassionate and joy-focused BCBAs that practice contemporary ABA. 
•  Gather vital client progress data to drive positive outcomes. 
•  Maintain seamless communication with your leadership team, ensuring plan consistency. 
•  Direct, support, and drive client progress through one-on-one interactions. 
•  Model exemplary behavior, offering constructive feedback and reinforcement. 
•  Engage with parents, educators, and professionals involved in client care, fostering collaboration.
