We are seeking a System / Network Administrator to join our Information Technology team in the Dunedin or Denver Locations. Under limited supervision, but in accordance with established policies and procedures, this person will help design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain Achievas critical network and server infrastructure.
Our environment is comprised of but not limited to: Zero and Thin Clients, Desktops, Laptops, Blade Servers, Data Centers, Virtual Desktops, Virtual Servers, NAS, SAN, Deduplication Backup Appliances, ATMs, VOIP PBX, Load Balancers, Cloud Web Application Firewalls, Next Generation Firewalls, Switches, and Routers.

Must participate in training annually, or as required for BSA and the Privacy Act. Prior experience at a Credit Union, other financial institution or similar industry is preferred but not necessary. At times travel to corporate headquarters or various branch locations is required, but this position is eligible for partial work from home / remote status.
Job Functions:
- General systems administration and support in a large scale, highly available 24/7 environment
- Expertise with a complex Microsoft Windows and Active Directory environment including Azure, Clustering, Certificate Authorities, DFS, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, Federation Services and SSO, File Shares, GPO, IIS, Office 365, SQL, and WSUS
- Expertise with VMware vSphere ESXi Server Virtualization environments
- Expertise with VMware Horizon View Virtual Desktop environments
- Familiarity with Linux Servers
- Familiarity with Enterprise Storage Area Networks / SAN e.g. (NetApp, Dell/ EMC, HPE, Pure)
- Help support the Networking Team with a local and wide-area network consisting of Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, APs as well Palo Alto firewalls.
- Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration
- Supports complex data/media recoverability through system backups, replication, and database archive operations
- Proactive network monitoring for health and uptime
- Research and evaluate new tools that enhance operation of the network
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network and server problems
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks and systems
- Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades and services for streamlining and process improvements
- Manage, maintain and participate in Disaster Recovery planning, implementation and documentation.
- Provide Tier II and III support to business operations. Investigate, analyze and troubleshoot issues for quick resolution. Coordinate and communicate with impacted parties.

Desirable Certifications/Qualifications:
- VMware VCP - DCV and DT
- Microsoft - MCSE or MCITP
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP
Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in specialized technical training and a minimum three to five years related work experience.
