Project Superintendent Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Able to lead multiple crews on different jobs effectively.
• Run a job site according to all safety policies and procedures of Acha Construction.
• Must be able to create a work plan for all employees under your supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret plans (Blueprints).
• Able to execute tasks at hand in a timely manner.
• Must be able to track projects and fill out all types of paperwork on company issued iPad.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Project Superintendent - Heavy Civil Construction and Full Site Development Role.
• Work a minimum of 40hrs a week.
• Travel is required.
• Osha 30 Hour or be able to get Osha 30 Hour

Spanish speaking preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
