Job Position:- RN Home Health/ Hospice
Location:- Onawa, IA
Contract:- 13 weeks (Plus Extensions)
Shift:- Days (40hrs/week)
Rate:- $55-$60/hr
Job Description:
The Home Health/Hospice RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes by assessing the patient, identifying patient problems or potential problems, developing, implementing and evaluating nursing care plans and patient care. Works in team relationships with other home health and hospice providers
