• We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and assisting medical staff in providing quality healthcare services.

Duties:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Take vital signs and record patient information
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Assist nurses and physicians with medical procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Ability to phlebotomize
- Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Experience in home care or long-term care settings
- Excellent patient service skills
- Basic life support certification
- Knowledge of dementia care and geriatrics
