Job Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children with autism in one of our centers or a home-based setting
Reinforce positive behavior utilizing therapeutic techniques learned in our industry leading training program
Track client progress and growth by keeping electronic health data on your company-provided iPad.
Required Skills and Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Access to reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and proof of insurance with your name as an authorized driver on the policy
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
Good judgement when responding to different situations common among our clients
Effective and compassionate communication skills when interacting with children and caregivers
A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism
A willingness to learn and comfort navigating tablet technology
