Pay Range: $18 - $22 / hour for clinical work* (based on experience) Training and Non-Clinical Pay: $16 / hour. Training and Non-Clinical Pay vary based on experience, training completion, and RBT certification. Different rates apply for non-clinical tasks performed by team members. Schedule: ACES provides flexible scheduling, ranging from part-time to nearly full-time hours, providing an adaptable work arrangement to suit varying availability and preferences. Benefits

Job Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children with autism in one of our centers or a home-based setting
Reinforce positive behavior utilizing therapeutic techniques learned in our industry leading training program
Track client progress and growth by keeping electronic health data on your company-provided iPad.
Required Skills and Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Currently enrolled in college or proof of completion of one college course
Must be able to provide proof of valid Driver's License and current car insurance with your name as an authorized driver on the policy
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
Good judgement when responding to different situations common among our clients
Effective and compassionate communication skills when interacting with children and caregivers
A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism
A willingness to learn and comfort navigating tablet technology
Access to reliable transportation in case of the need to commute to surrounding areas (including schools, ACES locations and client homes).
Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at the times most needed by our client's families. We try our best to work with your schedule!
